The Youth Office of the Capital City has officially joined the European Cities of Learning platform, reinforcing Podgorica’s commitment to youth empowerment, innovation in non-formal education, and international cooperation.

Membership in this network will enable stronger collaboration with European cities and organizations, foster the exchange of expertise and good practices, and create new opportunities for participation in Erasmus+ and other European programmes.

As Podgorica continues its preparations for the European Youth Capital 2028 title, this partnership reflects the city’s vision of becoming a leading hub for youth participation, learning, mobility, and international engagement.
