The Secretariat for Local Self-Government of the Capital City is reopening the Public Call for the design of the logo and basic graphic standards guidelines for the project “Podgorica – European Youth Capital 2028.”

We are looking for a modern, creative and recognisable design that reflects the energy of young people, the values of the project and Podgorica’s vision for the future, while connecting with the existing identity of the “Youth Create the City”initiative. ✨

We invite young authors, designers, artists and creative teams to apply, present their ideas and become part of creating the visual identity of a project that will shape Podgorica throughout 2028. 💡
