Today, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, a presentation was held on the Capital City’s candidacy for the title of European Youth Capital 2028.
The event was opened by the President of the Capital City Assembly, Dr. Jelena Borovinić Bojović, who emphasized that the candidacy for European Youth Capital is not just a project of the Capital City, but a joint process in which young people have the decisive voice.
The candidacy was presented by Ivana Popović and Zerina Kardović, students and members of the Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro and the Working Group. They introduced the main goals of the project and its importance for young people, inviting students to actively contribute with their ideas and suggestions.
Additionally, a meeting was held today with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Vladimir Savković, who expressed his support for this initiative and stressed the importance of projects that enable students to actively participate in social processes.
In this way, the Capital City continues to actively engage students in important processes, ensuring that their voices are heard and that they have the opportunity to take part in decision-making that improves the position of young people.
