Today, an online meeting was held with Federica Demicheli, an expert in youth policy and the Erasmus+ programme, who will, in the coming period, serve as the main contact point for the more active involvement of the Youth Office and the Capital City in Erasmus+ programmes.
This step represents one of the key priorities for 2026.
During the meeting, it was highlighted that the Youth Office will further strengthen its position as a youth centre by more actively adopting and applying European practices, as well as by developing programmes that bring numerous benefits to young people—from mobility and professional development to international networking.
In the coming period, the Youth Office will enhance cooperation with various European cities with the aim of improving international partnerships and creating joint cooperation mechanisms, contributing to a more qualitative and sustainable youth policy.
These activities represent a continuation of the support provided within the Europe Goes Local projects and an important step toward further strategic development and the European perspective of the youth sector of the Capital City.
