The Secretariat for Local Self-Government of the Capital City has announced a public competition for the selection of a conceptual design for the logo and graphic standards manual of the project “Podgorica – European Youth Capital 2028.”

The aim of the competition is to create an authentic and recognizable visual identity that will represent Podgorica as the holder of the prestigious title of European Youth Capital 2028 and serve as the foundation for all communication, promotional, and program-related activities during the preparation and implementation of the project.

Participants are expected to submit modern, creative, and functional solutions that reflect the values of the project, the energy of young people, and Podgorica’s vision for development, while maintaining a connection with the existing visual identity of the “Youth Create the City” initiative. The selected logo and graphic standards manual will be used across all promotional materials, digital platforms, events, and other project-related activities.

The call is open to interested designers, authors, and teams who wish to contribute their creative ideas to the development of the identity of one of the most significant youth-focused projects in Podgorica in the coming years.
