With the aim of implementing the Local Action Plan for Youth of the Capital City for 2026, the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Cooperation with Civil Society is announcing a Public Call intended for all interested non-governmental organizations and other entities implementing youth policy within the territory of the Capital City, for the implementation of projects from the Local Action Plan for Youth for 2026.

The Public Call is announced for the following thematic areas: “Steps Towards Success,” “Cultivate Yourself,” and “Podgorica – a City Tailored to Youth.”

The deadline for submitting applications to the Call is 30 days from the date of its publication.
