The Podgorica European Youth Capital 2028 Programme continues – and now it is time for young people to identify a challenge, propose a solution, and drive change!
💡 Apply for the “Move the City” Policy Hackathon and present your idea for improving the quality of life of young people in Podgorica.
With the support of members of the Capital City Assembly and experts from relevant fields, participants will develop their ideas into concrete, well-argued, and actionable public policy proposals.
Your idea can focus on:
🔹 greater youth participation in decision-making;
🔹 new spaces and activities for young people;
🔹 better educational, professional, and personal development opportunities;
🔹 a more accessible and inclusive city;
🔹 other challenges affecting the quality of life of young people in Podgorica.
We are not just looking for you to identify a problem – we are looking for a solution that can make a real difference!
🏆 The highest-ranked solutions will receive awards, while selected ideas and recommendations will be submitted to the Capital City Assembly for further consideration and potential implementation.
We particularly encourage applications from young people with diverse educational and social backgrounds, including young people from rural areas and members of marginalised and underrepresented groups.
